Motor Vthidts (Tariff of .·.rtS) (Amt'Jllhnent No. 2) Rtgulations. 1989

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of SCt:tion 93

of the Code of Police WIWS and by section 28 of the Publ ic Transport

Authority Act. 1989. the Prime Min ister , has made the following

regulations:-

I. ( I ) These regulations may be cited as the Moto r Vehicles

(Tariff of Fares) (Amendment No. 2) Regulat ions, 1989. and shall be

read and construed as one with the Motor Vehicles (Tariff of Fares)

Regula tions. 1982. herei nafter referred to as "the pri ncipal

regulations" .

(2) These regu lations shall be deemed to have come into

indicated in paragraph i3 of the gene ral provisions shall if in

~ssion of a valid pass, pay half the oormal fare. subjcct to a

minimum of 2c".
