I. (I) These regulations may be ci ted as the Overseas

Te lephone Service (Ame ndment) Regulat ions. 1989. and shall be rcad

and conSfTucd as onc wilh IlK: Overseas T elephonc Service Regu lations. '

(2) These regulat ions shall be deemed to have come into

force on lhe 151h September, 1989.
