IN eJle rcise of the powers conferred by sect ion 17 of Ihe T raffic

Regulatioo Ordinance, and by subsection (5) of section 28 of tile Public

Transport Authori ,y Ac!. 1989, Ibe Prime Minister has made the

followin g rcgulation s:-

I. ThC5C regulations mll)' be ciled as the Motor Vehicles

(Amendme nt ) (No. 2) Regulalion§. 1989. and shall be read and

const rued ,IS onc with Ihe Motor Vehicles Regulations, 1948.
