Police Laws, by section 7 of 'he Pon Dues Ordinaoce. and by SCi:lions

12.26.29 and 420fthe Ports Ordinance. the Mi nister for Developme nt

of Teniary Sector has made Ihe following regulalions:-

I. These regulations may be ci ted as IlIe Yachting Centre

(Amendment) Regulations, 1989. and Shall be read and conmucd as
