BY vinue of the powers vested in him by section 11( IX b) of the

Income Tall Act , the Ministe r of Finance he reby orders Iha l the

following allowances and be nefits payable unde r the Social Security

Ad . 1987 be e)tempt from the payment of income tax in respect of the

year of assessment commencing on the first day of J anuary . 1990 and of

subsequent years of assessment.
