IN exercise of the powers con ferred by section 12 of the Housing

Auth ori ty Act. 1976. th e Pre~ideJll of Malta has made the following

ordcr:-

I. T his order may be ci led as the Housi ng Aut hority (Transfer or

Asse ts) (No. 13) Order. 1989.

The property described in paragrHph 4 of this order 1$ hereby

sfl(!dfied for the purposes of section 12 of the Ho usi ng Authorit y Act ,

1976.

The prope rly spccifoed in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housi ng Authority as provided in the sect ion

aforesa id willl effect from the 15th Septembe r. 1989.
