IN exercise of llle powers co nferred by section 100f l hc POSt Office

Act . 1975. the Min ister fo r I)cvclop mc n! of Infrastruct ure has mad e the

following rcgulmions:-

(I ) These regulations may be ciled as the Inla Jld I'osl

( Amen dment) Regulations. 198':1. an d shall be read and construed as

one with the Inland POS I Regula ti o ns. 1985 . he rei nafter referred to as

··the principn l rcgu llltions"".

(2) These rcgula lions shall come into force on lhe I SI day of

May. 1989.
