On' rseas Post (Amendment) (No. 2) Regul~lions, 1989

IN exercise ufllie powers conferred by section 11 of lhe Post Office

Act, 1975, the Minis!er for Development of Infrastructure has made the

following regula{ions:-

.1. ( I) These regulation, may be cited as the Overseas Post

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations , 19l19, and shall be read and

const rued as one with the Overseas POSt Regulations, 1989, hereinafter

referred 10 as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the Is!

In the Fifteenth Schedule 10 the principal regulations.

paragraph (1) of item 6 sh all be amended as fol1ows:-

(i)

sub-paragraph (d) thereof shall be deleted; and

(ii) sub-paragraphs (e) and (t) thereof shall be renumbered

as sub-paragraphs (d) and (e ) respectively.
