Drugs (Control) (A mendment) (Nu. 2) Regu lations, 1989

IN exercise of Ihe po .... e rs conferred by section 40A of the Medical

and Kindred Professions O rdi nance. thc Min ister for Social Policy. on

the advice of the Counci l o f Healt h, has made the followi ng

regulalions:-

I. 1bese regu la tions may be ci ted as the D rugs (Control)

(A mend ment) (No. 2) Regulations. 1989, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Drugs (Control) Regu lat ions, 1985.

hereinafter re ferred 10 as "the pri ncipa l regulations".
