Hotels and Clubs Wages Counci l (ArmndllM'nl) Order, 1989.

IN exe rcise of llle powers conferred by $(:clioll 5 of the Conditions

of Employment ( Regu lation) Act. 1952, the Minister for Social Policy

has made the following O rde r: -

I. ( I) This Orde r may be cited as the Hotels and Gubs Wag ... s

Co uncil (Amendme nt) Orde r. 1989 Hnd il shall be read and construed as

one wi, h the Hotel s and Clubs Wages Counci l Orde r, p ublished in the

Gazelle on the Drd Se pte mbe r. 1955. and hereinafter referred 10 as

"the principal order~.

(2) This Order sha ll come into fore.: on such d ale as Ihe

M iniSler in charge of the Depanme nl of Labour and E migration may fix

by notice pu bl ished in .he Gazelle.
