Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. S) Order, 1988

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act , 1976, the Acting President of Malta has made the fol-

lowi ng order:-

t . This order may be cited as the Ho using Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 5) Order, 1988.

Th e property described in paragraph 4 of this order is he reby

specified for the purposes of sec tion 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

1976. J. Th e property specified in paragraph 2 of this order sha ll be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as.provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 18th November. 1988.
