IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corporalion Act, [975, the Board. with the approval of the Minister for

Development of Infrastructure, and wi th the concurrence of the

Minister o f Finance, has made the follow ing regulatio ns: -

l. These regulations may be cited as th e Ove rseas Telephone

Service (Ame ndment) Regulations. 1988. and shall be read and

construed as one with the Overseas Telephone Service Regu lations,

1957, hereinafte r referred to as " the principal regutations~.

Immed iately afler Part 11 of the Second Schedule 10 the

principal regulations there shall be added the following
