IN EX ERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 of the

Housing Authori ty Act, 1976, the Acting Preside nt of Ma lta has made

the following order:~

I. This order may be cited as the Housi ng Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 4) Order. [988.

spedried ror the purposes of section 12 of the Housi ng Authority Act,

1976.

aforesaid wit h effect from the 271h October. 1988.
