IN EXERCIS E of tile powers conferred by section 37 of tile
Tclcmalta Corporatio n Ad. 1975. the Board with th e approval of the
Minister for Development of Infrastructure. has made the following
regulations:-
I. (1) These regulations may be cited as The Telephone Service
(Ame ndm ent) Regulations , 1938. and shall be read and construed as
o ne with the Telephone Service Regulations , 1972. hereinafter referred
to as "the principal regulations".
(2) These regulatio ns shall be deemed to have come in to
force on the ISI January. 1988,
