TELEMALTA CORPORATION ACT, 1975

(ACT NO. XVI 01" 1975)

Telephone Service (A mendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1988

IN exucise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corporation Act , 1975, the Board, with the approval of the Ministerfor

Development of infrastructure and with the concurrence of the Minister

of Finance, has made the following regulations:-

I. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Telephone Service

(Amendmenl) (No. 2) Regulations, 1988, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Telephone Service Regulations, 1972.

hereinafter referred )0 as "the principal regulations".

(2) Regulation 2 of these regulations shall be deemed to have

come in to force on the 1st May , 1988.
