IN EX ERCISE of tile power> conferred by section 37 of Ihe

Tclema lta Corporation ACI . 1975. Ihe Board , with the approval of Ihe

Minisler for Developmen t of Infrastructure . has made the following

regulal jonS: -

J. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Telegra phic and

Telex Service Tariffs (Amendmen t) Regulations. 1988 and shall be read

aod consfrued as onc with the Telegraphic and Tele x Service Tariffs

Regulations. 1917. hereinafter referred 10 as ·'the principal

fe!!U 1;,1 ion,'" .

(2) Thesc regulations shall be deemed to havc come into

force on the 1st Janua ry. 19&1.

For paragraph 11 uf the First Schedule to the principal

rC"gulmions. there shall be subsrituted the following: -
