IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 19 of Ihe

Employment Service Act, 1955. Ihe MiniSler for Social Policy. after

consultation with the National Employment Board, has made the

following order:-

(I) This order may be cited as the Regislerof Applicants

for Employme llt (Part Two) (A mendment) Order. 1988. alld shall be

read and construed as one wilh the Register of Applica nls for

Employment (Part Two) Orde r. 1980, her~inafter referred 10 as "the

principal order".

(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on

the 1st August. 19&! .

Paragraph 20f lh e principal ordershall be amended as follows

(a)

sub-paragraph (i) thereof shall be deleled; and

(b) sub-paragraphs (ii) and(iii) thereof shall be renumbered

as sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) respectively.

In paragraph 3 of the prin ci pal order, for the words "sub-

paragraphs (i), (ii) and (ii i) of paragraph 2", there shall be substituted

the words "sub-paragraphs ( i) and (ii) of paragraph 2".
