I'ons (A mendm ent) (No. 2) Regul ations, 1988

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Ports

Ordinance. 1962, the Minister for Development of Tertiary Sector has

made the following regulations:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the POrts (Amendment)

(No. 2) Regulations . 1988. and shall be read and construed as onc with

the Ports Regulatio ns, 1966. herei nafter referred to as ··the pnndpal

regulations".

Immediately after paragraph (3) of regulation 55 of the

principal regulations there shall be added the following new proviso

"Provided that a copy of the Gate Pass-Out shall be made

available for re tention by the person having ta ken delivery of the

goods fo r conveyance out of the port area.··.
