DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE (CAP. 101)

Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (I'lnt Schedule)

(Amendment) Order, 1988

IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section

lOofthe Dangerous DrugsOrdinance, the Minister for Social Policy has

made the following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance

(First Schedule) (Amendment) Order. 1988, and shall he read and con-

strued as onc with the First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Ordi-

nance, hereinafler referred to as "the Schedule".

Reg. 2 — 58 tal-1988 – Ordni tal-1988 li jemenda l-Ewwel Skeda li tinsab ma' l-Ordinanza dwar il-Mediċini Perikolużi Open official source

Part I of the Schedule shall be amended as follows

(a) immediately after the item "ACETYLMETHADOL"

there shall be inserted the item: "ACETYLALPHAMETHYL

FENTANYL";

(b) immediately after the item "ALPH AMETHADOL"

there ~hall be inserted the item: "ALPHAMETHYL FEN-

TANYL";

ROMORPHINE" there shall be inserted the following items

" ME11iYLFENTANYL (CIS andTRANS ISOMERS)

METHYLPHENY LPIPERIDOL PROPIONATE

(M PPP)"; and

(d) immediately after the item " PHENAZOCINE" there

shall be inserted the item " PHENETHYLPHENYLPIPERIDOL

ACETATE (ESTER) (PEPAP)" ,
