IN exercir.e of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building
Permits (Temporary Provisions) Act. 1988, the Minister for Develop-
ment of Infrastruct ure has designated the 6th day of June. 1988, as thc
date on which all the provisions of the said Act. other than the provi-
sions of section 10, ~h all come into force.
