Housing Authority (Tnmsfer of AMets) (No. 3) Order, 1988

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 of the

Housing Authority Act, 1976, the Acting President of Malta has made

the following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1988.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of se<:tion 12 of the Housing Authority Act ,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effe<:t from the 6th May, 1988.

The property refe rred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

(a) The following land fonning part of the Pembroke Phase

III Government Housing Estate, limits of SI. l ulians

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 537 to 567 having an area of

approximately 5831.5 square metres bounded on the North-

East. South. East and West by Government property;

<ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Eslate known as Plot Nos. 513 to 536 having an area of

approximately 5217 square metres bounded on the North-

East, South. East and West by Government property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plol Nos. 481 10 512 having an area of

approxim ately 5930 square metres bounded on the North,

South , East and West by Government prope rty;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 452 to 480 having an area of

approximately 5530 square metres bounded o n the North,

South, East and West by Government property;

(v) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 259 to 281 having an area of

approximately 4287.5 square metres bounded on the North,

South . East and West by Government property;

(vi) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 257, 258 and 282 to 305 having an

area of approximately 4901 square metres bounded on the

North, South, East and West by Government property;

(vii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 239 to 256 and 306 10323 baving an

area of approximately 6616 sq uare metres bounded on the

North , South, East and West by Government property;

(viii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 324 to 359 having an area of

appro~mateJy 6616 square metres bounded on the North,

South, East and West by Government prope rty ;

(ill) An area of la nd consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 360 to 409 having an area of

approximately 9017 square metres bounded on the North ,

South, East and West by Gove rnment property;

(lI) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 410 to 412 and 441 to443 having an

area of approximately 1550 square metres bounded on the

North , SQuth , East and West by Government property;

(xi) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 413 to 440 having an area of

approximately 5244 square metres bounded on the North,

South, East and West by Government property;

(xii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 444 to 451 having an area of

approximately 1887 square metres bounded on the North,

South , East and West by Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Santa Lucia Ph ase IV

Government Housing Estate, Santa Lucia, consisting of the plots in

the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 80 to 89 having an are a of

approximately 1921 square metres, bounded on the North-East,

South-East and North-West by Government property.

(c) An area of land forming part of the Zabbar Tal-Plier

Government Housing Estate, limits of Zabbar, consisting of the

plots in the said Estate known as Plot NOiS. 10 to 14 having an area

of approximately 906 square metres, bounded on the North-East,

South-East and South-West by Government property .
