IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 233 of th e Code of
Police Laws, by section 7 of the Port Dues Ordinance, and by sections
12, 26, 29 and 42 of the Ports Ordinance, 1962, the Minister for
D evelopment of Tertiary Sector has made the following regulations:-
I. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Yachting Centre
(Amendment ) (No. 2) Regulations, 1988, and shall be read and
construed as one with the YaChting Centre Regulations , 1967,
hereinafter referred to as "Ihe principal regulations".
(2) These regul~t;ons shall come into force on the 1st June,
1988. except for sub-paragraphs (d), (g). ( h) and (i) of the new
regulat ion 3 which shall comc into force on such date as the Ministcr
responsible for ports may fix by not ice in the Gazette,
For regulation 3 of the principal regulations there shall be
substitutcd the following ne w regulation
