Notice of winding up of the PO!lterity Fund

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by subsp.ctions (2) and (3)

of section 11 of the Central Bank of Malta (Amendment) Act, 1988, the

Minister of Finance has established the 31st May, 1988, as the date whe n

the Posterity Fund shall be wound up , and all assets, liabilities and the

net profits of the Posteri ty Fund up to the 31st May, 1988, shall be

transferred to Government and passed to the Consolidated Fund and all

rights and obligations of the Posterity Fund shall from that date vest in

the Governmenl.
