l>esignation of Places as Prisons (Revocation) Order, L988

IN exercise of the powers oonferred by section 3 of the Prisons

Act. 1976, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Internal Affairs

and Justice, ha& made the following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Designation of Places as PriSOJlll

(Re~ocatjon) Order, 1988.

The Designation of Places as Prisons Order, 1987 is hereby

revoked.
