PUBLIC LOTIO ORDINANCE (CAP. 70)

Lotio (Amendment) Regulations, 1988

IN exerciseohh e powers conferred by section 5 ofthe Public LoUo

Ordinance, the Minister of Finance has made the following

regulations;~

I. (1) These regulations may be ciled as the Lotto

(Amendment) Regulations, 1988, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Lollo Regulations, 1948, hereinafter referred to as ~the

principal regulatio ns".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 16th April, 1988.

In the proviso 10 paragraph (1) of Regulation 5 ofthe principal

regulations, for the figure "5%" there shall be substituted the figure

"20%" .
