IN exercise of the powers conferred by section ]46 of the Industrial
Property (Protection) Ordinance the Mini ster for De~elopment of
Tertiary Sector, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, has
made the following rcgulations:-
I. These regulations may be cited as {he Industrial Property ll"'ioo
(Protection) Ordinance. (Schedules of Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations, 1988, and sha ll be read and construed as one with the
Schedules of Fee5 annexed to the Indust rial Property (Protectio n)
