Housing Awhority Act. 1976. the Acting Preside nt of Malta has made

the follo ..... ing o rder:-

I. This order may be dted as the Housing Authority (Transfer of n" ",,,.

Assets) ( No. 2}Order. 1988.

The property de:;cribed in pnragraph 4 of this order is hereby Specified

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Autho rity Act. pmpcny

1976.

The property specified in pa ragraph 2 of this order shall be API>o;n,cdd.".

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 29th February . 1988.
