IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Carriage of

Goods by Sea (R egulation) Act, 1980, t he Min ister for Development of

Tertiary Sector has made the following order:-

Th is order may be cited as the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Reg-

ulation) (Amendment) Order, 1988, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Regulation) Order, 1980,

hereinafter refe rred to as "the principal order".

[ n the Schedule 10 the principal order the words "IT ALSUD

CONTA INE RS S. R.L" under the headi llg " 'taly" shall be deleted.
