IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by sectio n 1004 of the Code of

Organization and Civi l Procedu re, the Deputy Pri me Minister and

Mi nister fo r Internal Affairs and Justice. with the concurrence of the

Minister of Finance. has made the following regulations:-

I . (I) These regulatio ns may be cited as the Code of O rganiza-

tion and Civil Procedure (Schedule A ) (Amendment) Regulations,

1988 . and shall be read and co nstrued as onc wit h &hedule A to the

Code of Organilation and Civil Procedure. hereinafter refe rred to as

"Schedule A '".

(2) These regulations shall come in to fOlce on the 21st

March. 19R5.
