PENSIONS ORDINANCE (CAP, 143)

Pensions (Amendment) Regulations, 1988

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pensions

Ordinance. the President of Malta has made the following

rcgulatio ns:-

I, These regulations may be cited as the Pensions (Amcndmcll1)

Regulations. 1988. and shall be read and construed as one with the

Pensions Regulations conta ined in the Sched ulc to thc Pcnsions

Ordinance. hereinaftcr referrcd 10 a, ·'the principal regulations·'.

3. In paragraph (2) of regulation 9, in regulation 17A and in

paragraph (1) of regulation 18, of the priocipal regula tions, for the

4, In regulation 20 of the principal rcgu lations, for thc words "Ihc

allowancc·' there shaH be subs ti tuted the words "the retiring pension·· .
