(ACT NO. XV OF 1976)

Hou$ing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order. 1988

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the HOllsing

Authority Act, 1976. the Acting President of Malta has made the fol-

lowing order:-

This order may be cited as th e Housing Authority (Transfer or

The property described in paragraph 4 of this o rde r is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976. J. 'Ille propeny specified in paragraph. 2 of Ihis order shall be

transferred a nd vest in the Housing Aut hority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 51h January . 1988.
