Port Rates (Amendment) (No. 2) Regul ations, 1988

IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the POrlS

Ordinance, 1962, the Ministcrfor Development ofTerliarySccior, with

the OOrlcurrence of Ihe Ministe r of Finance, has made the following

regulations:-

I. (1) These regulations may be cited as the POri Rates

(Amendmen t) (No. 2) Regulations. 1988. and shall be read and

construed as onc with the Pori Rates Regulations. 1969. hcrein~fteT

referred to a5 "the pTincipal regulation~" .
