Overwas Postal (Amendment) Regulations. 1988

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sectio n 11 of the Post

Office Act, 1975 , the Minister for Developme nt of Infrastructure , wi th

the concurre nce of the Minister of Finance, has made the following

regulations:-

(I) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Postal

(Amendment) Regulations. 1988, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Overseas Postal Regulations, 1924, hereinafter referred to

as ~th e principal regulations".

(2) Th ese regulations shall come into force on the 81h day of

February, 1988.

For regulation 50 of the principal regulations there shall be

substituted the following

in Malta shall be the following

For the face value from £2 10 £10
