I. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Ove rseas Poslal

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regula ti ons, 1988, and shall be read and con-

st rued as one with Ihe Overseas Postal Regulations. 1924, hereinafter

referred 10 as " th c principal regulations" .

These regulations shall come into force on the 1st lanu-

ary.1989.
