IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Ports

O rdinance, 1962, the Minister for Development of Teniary Sector has

made the following regulatio ns: -

Regulations, 1988. and shall be read a nd construed asone with t he Po rts

Regulatio ns. 1966, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulatio ns~.
