Port Rates (Amendment) RC1!ulations, 1988

IN exercise of Ihe powe rs conferred b~ sections 26 and 42 of the

Ports Ordinance. 1962, the Minister for Development of Tertiary

Sector, with the concurrence of the Minister o f Finance, has made the

fonowi ng regulati()ns;~

Th ese regulations may be cited as the Port Rates

(Amendment) Regula tions, 1988, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Port Rates Regulatio lls, 1969. here in after referred to as

"Ihe principal regu lations".

Regulation 4B of the principal regulations shall Ix: deleted.
