Motor Vehicles (Tariff of Fares) (Amendment) Regulatiool>, 1\187

(Amendment) Regulations, 1987

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of

section 93 of the Code of Police Laws, the Deputy Prime Minister and

Ministe r for Internal Affai rs and JusTice, with the concurrence of the

Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations: -

I. 'These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tariff of

Fares) (Amendment) Regulations, 1987 (Amendment) Regulations,

1987, and shall be read and construed as one with the Motor Vehicles

(Tariff of Fares) (Amendment) Regulatio ns, 1987, hereinafter referred

to as Hthe principal regulations~.

For the words "on the ist January, 1988. ~ in paragraph (2) of

regulation 1, of the principal regulations, there shall be substituted the

words "on the 31st January , 1988.~.
