Motor Vehicles (farHTor Fares) (Amendment) Regulations. 1987

IN EXERCISE of the powersoonferred by subsci:tion (2 ) ofseClion

93 of the Code of Police Laws. the Dep uty Prime Mi nister and Mini ster

for Internal Affairs and Just ice. with the ooneurrence of tile Minister of

Finance. has made the following regulations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles

(Tariff of Fares) (Amendment) Regulations. 1987 and shall be read and

construed as onc wi th the Motor Vehicles (Tari ff of Far"s) Regulations.

These regulations shall come into force on the 1st

For Tah le 11 of the Fi rst Schedule to the principal regulalions

there shall be subst ituted the followin g:-
