On'rseas Posta l (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1987

IN exercise of the powers conferred by se.:lion 11 uf the POSI

Office Act. 1975. the Millister for Development of Infrastructure wit h

the concurrence of the Min ister of Finance, has made the following

regulations:-

(I) These regulations may be cited as th e Overseas Postal

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations. 1987, and shall be read and oon-

strued as one with Ihe Overseas Postal Regulations, 1924, hereinafter

referred 10 as "the principal regulations" ,

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on 1st Jan uary,

1988.

In regulation 11 of the principal regulations, for the figure

"Lm7.00.0" there shall be substituted Ihe figure "Lm9.00,O'".

S. In regulalion 63 of the principal regulations , for the figure

"1 5c" there shall be substituted the figure "25c"'.
