Ho"slng Au thority (Transfer of ASSl'ts) (No. 6) Order , 1987

IN exercise o f the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housi!1g

Authority Act, 1976. the Acting President of Malta has made the

following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing AUlhority (Transfer

of Asse ls) (No. 6) Order, 1987.

The property described in paragr~ph 4 of this order;' hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of Ihe Housing Authority Act.

1976. J. The property specified in paragraph 2 of thi s order shal l be

transferred and vest in Ihe Housing Aut horily as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 15th December, 1987.

approximately 1.667 square metres bounded on the North
