In exen:ise of the powers conferred by Scction 4() of the Publ ic

Registry Act, th e Dtputy Prime Minister 'Ind Min ister for In\Crnal .

Affairs and Justice , with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance,

has made th e following regulations:-
