Government Lotteries (Amendment) (No. 1) Regulations, 1987

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of tile GovernmcflI

Loueries Act. 1981. the Mill i~ter of Fina nce has made the following

regulations:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Govern men( Lotteries

(Amendment! (No. 2) Regulations. 1987. and shall be read and construed

as onc with the Government Lotteries Regu lations. 1981. hereinafter

referred to as "Ihe principal regulations".

In regulation 6 of Ihe principal regulations, immediately after

~ubsection (3) there shall be added

the following proviso:-

"Provid~d that the price for every ticket purchased in January

1988 shall be eighty-five cents (85e) if the sta ker surrenders a ticket

which had been purcllased for the December 1987 draw.",
