Cvsloms (Amendment) Regulations, 1.987

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Customs

Ordioance, the Minister of Finance has made the following regula.

tions: -

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Ameodment)

Regulations, 1987, and sh all be read and construed as one with the

Customs Regulations, 1957, hereinafter referred 10 as "the principal

regulations",

l. In the F irst Schedule to the principal regulations, immediately

after paragraph 11, there shall be added the following new paragraph
