QUALITY CONTROL (EXPORTS, IMPORTS AND

LOCAL GOODS) ACT, 1971

(ACT NO. XIII OF 1971)

Date of Coming into Force of Order

THE Malta Board of Standards hereby notifies that the Safety

Matches Order, 1987 (Order No. M19 of 1987) was laid before the House

of Representatives, in accordance with sub section (2) of section 5 of the

Quality Control (Exports, Imports and Local Goods) Act, 1971, on the

18th November, 1987 and that the said Order shall have effect from the

10th December, 1987.
