IN exercise of the powers conferred by sect ion 12 of the Housing

Authority Act , 1976, the Acting Presidem of MaUa has made tile following

order:-

This order may be cited as Ihe H ousing Authority (TransfeTor ASSCIS)

The pro(X'ny described in paragraph 4 of this o rder is he reby spedfied

for the purp<:>ses o f sectio n 12 o f the HOllsing Authority Act, 1976.

J . The p roperty specified in paragraph 2 o f Ihis ordershall be transferred

aDd vest in the Housing Authority as prQVided in th e section aforesaid with

effect from the 28th July, 1987.

The property referred 10 in paragraph 2 of this order is the following.
