Ord inance, the Minisler of Finance has made the following regula.

(I) These regulations may be ci1ed as the Lolto (Amendment)

Regulations. 1987. and shall be read and construed as one with the LOllo

Regulations , 1948, hereinafler referred \0 as "lhe principal regulations".
