Notice of coming into force of part of Revised Edition 1984

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Statute Law

Revision Act, 1980, the Deputy prime Minister and Minister for Internal Affairs

and Justice has appointed 1st November, 1987, as the date on which Volume II

of the Revised Edition of the Laws of Malta, 1984, published by the Law

Commission under the said Act, shall come into force.
