(ACT NO. V OF 1970)
Restriction on Loans (Repeal) Order, 1987
IN virtue of the powers vested in him by section 22 of the Banking
Act, 1970, and after consultation with the Central Bank of Malta, the
Minister of Finance has made the following order:―

Without prejudice to anything lawfully done or omitted to be
done thereunder, the Restriction on Loans Order, 1977, is hereby
1977. repealed.
