CONCENTRATES) ORDINANCE, 1961

(ORDINANCE NO. XXI OF 1961)

Excise Duty (Crown Corks and Non-alcoholic Concentrates)

(Amendment) Regulations, 1987

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the

Excise Duty (Crown Corks and Non-alcoholic Concentrates) Ordinance,

1961, the Minister of Finance has made the following regulations

Reg. 1 Citation. — Excise Duty (Crown Corks and Non-alcoholic Concentrates) Open official source

These regulations may be cited as the Excise Duty (Crown

Corks and Non-alcoholic Concentrates) (Amendment) Regulations,

1987, and shall be read and construed as one with the Excise Duty

(Crown Corks and Non-alcoholic Concentrates) Regulations, 1961,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Immediately after the words “capsules” wherever they occur

in regulations 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the principal regulations, there shall

be inserted the words “or plastic pilferproof caps”.

In regulation 8 of the principal regulations immediately after

the words “crown corks” wherever they occur, there shall be inserted

the words "or plastic pilferproof Caps”.
