FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 58)

Fees (Stills) Regulations, 1987

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister of Finance has made the following regula-

tions:―

These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Stills) Regulations,

1987, and shall come into force on the date next following their publi-

cation in the Gazette.

There shall be charged by the Comptroller of Customs for the

grant or renewal of a licence to make, to keep for sale, to sell, to have, keep or

make use of a still under the Spirits Ordinance, the fee of Lm5

per annum

Provided that no fee shall be levied by the Comptroller for the grant or

renewal of a special licence issued in terms of section 11 of that Ordinance to

educational establishments.
